SAKEMARU started a new collaboration with SHUN on 20 Aug 2019. Shun X Sakemaru is the sister brand of 割烹 旬水 Kappo Shunsuiwhich listed in the Michelin guide of Singapore 2018.

They import the fresh ingredients from Japan 3 times in a week, and Japanese chef offers decent dishes at a reasonable price. To offer more delicious and surprising Sake pairing, we decided to collaborate with SHUN.

On 3 Oct 6:00 pm-8:00 pm, we have the first event at the new site with inviting the brewer from Toraya Honten producing the brand, Shichisui.

Mr. Kobori, a brewer of Shichisui, will join this event and introduce their brands and talk about the stories of a brewery. In 2019, Shichisui won five major competitions of Japan and Europe. It’s a supernova of new generation Sake.

It’s a six-course pairing at $120++. Brewers bring some Sake which has just released in Japan and never introduced to outside of Japan. We will update the pairing menu later!
