Now, it’s the season of freshly produced sake nouveau, which has the fresh and fruity characteristic. This fresh sake is basically only available in Winter.
As same as wine, the taste of sake gets rounded, mild and mellow by being aged. Each of them has the totally different characteristic.
One of SAKEMARU’s specialty is “snow aged sake”. We mature our customers’ sake in the dorm specially designed with natural snow.
In this meetup, you can enjoy 3 different kinds of sake, which includes 2 freshly produced sake nouveau, and 1 label of snow aged sake（Aged for 2 years）.
On top of that, you can enjoy 3 finger foods offered by the sake master of Donpachi.
This is also the great opportunity for the people interested in SAKEMARU and sake beginners. Sake sommelier of SAKEMARU will teach the basics of sake and the service of sake.
