The latest brewer’s rice in Aomori

Released in Dec 2018, hard outside and strong against the diseases and cold temperature. It’s the latest brewer’s rice of Aomori created for high graded Sake.

Characteristics

 

The south part of Aomori is cold in the mid of summer due to the wet wind coming from the Pacific ocean.
This new brand has been created to produce higher quality Sake in the south part of Aomori. The characteristics are as follow;

 

  1. Cold resistance:Very high
  2. Rice blast resistance:High
  3. Production quantity:Average
  4. Hardness:Very high
