Cloudy(Nigori) Sake Festival! Appreciate All Brewer’s Great Work in 2016

Did you find any favorite labels?

I would like to announce you SAKEMARU’s petit festival for May. As you may know, since sake brewing is basically only possible during winter, most of the brewery finished brewing in 2016.
It means sake nouveau only appearing during the winter is no longer available in 2016. The season is shifting to spring and summer's little matured but still fresh sake.

To appreciate the brewers’ great work in 2016, SAKEARU is going to take a petit event called “Cloudy(Nigori) Sake Festival”.
Cloudy sake is basically available in the brewery season and it is super difficult to handle, since closer attention needs to be paid to keep the quality of cloudy sake. Unpasteurization and unfiltered rice solids make its taste easy to change.

We prepared 2 type of limited cloudy sake for May.
Both of them are produced for Singapore based on our request, so that these are not even available in Japan.
