Reuse the Left-over Sake - Sake Savarin

This dessert has a slight aroma of sake instilled into the bread. Especially, sweet and aromatic sake is better to enjoy the feeling of sake. The flavor of sake adds Japanese essence to the western desert.




INGREDIENTS

French bread 2 slices
Sake 25g
Sugar 45g
Water 150g
Mascarpone cheese 150g
Sugar 1.5tbsp
Mint
Blueberry
Orange


HOW TO COOK

1) Add sugar and water and put in 600w microwave for 2 mins
2) Add sake in 1) and cool it down
3) Mix mascarpone cheese and sugar
4) Cut breads
5) Dunk 4) in 2)
6) Let 5) sit overnight
7) Layer 6) , 3) and fruits
