Pairing Chicken Ham, Honey Mustard Sauce with Machidashuzo


Litchi like unique aroma is the most attractive point of Machidashuzo. Also, its very fresh taste and little gassy texture is suitable for aperitif. Surprisingly, chicken ham is very easy to cook and perfect for appetizer. Litchi aroma matches with refreshing basil’s aroma and honey gives richness on the fresh and simple taste of Machidashuzo.


250g Chicken breast
2/3 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Basil

1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Honey

How to

1)Open chicken breast
2)Rub sugar, salt and basil
3)Put 2) in plastic bag and let it sit overnight
4)Wash salt out
5)Repeat 3 times in 1 hour
6)Wrap 5) tightly like candy
7)Put it in the boiled water
8)Cover 7) and turn the stove off and wait until getting cool
9)Remove moisture and slice it
