Right after being pressed, this sake was immediately bottled in, super super fresh naked one. While pouring it to glasses, fresh litchi like fruity scent spread in the air. This unique and beautiful aroma is generated by original blend of several yeasts.

This label contains lots of naturally produced gas, so that you might feel it's sparkling sake. But the gas won't last long and mild sweetness shows its face.

The sweetness is gradually shifting to charming umami, which is influenced by "Miyamanishiki". Aftertaste is clean and crisp.

WATER

There is a very old well in brewery. The underground water of Tone river flows into this well. The nature of water is super soft and suitable for producing clean sake. We set up an alter and deify a god of water.

SKILL

5th generation and her husband are leading this brewery. She won some blind tasting competitions. Her delicate tongue makes our challenge success. With using various kind of yeast and rice, we are try to produce brand-new sake surprises sake lovers.
