The first note gives an impression which is like an elegant and freshly cut strawberry or muscat. Once sipping it, the impression changes to more like a tropical pineapple.
The refreshing sourness drags the robust sweetness and it never gets dull.
Besides, the umami is also rich enough so that the first impression is sweet-rich and juicy. Toward to the last half, the slight dryness with minerality lifts up so that the impression turns into mature.
