Have you ever tried the sparkling Sake produced with the Kimoto method? Also, it’s sparkling Sake is produced with the method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, which is as same as Champagne.
The buddle is fine-grained and refreshing. The sour and fresh taste is something like grapefruits. It’s high-grade Sake for the aperitif.

*CAUTION*
1. It is an unpasteurized active sparkling Sake, so please open it slowly. It’s necessary to remove the gas in the bottle by repeating slowly open and close the cap. Also, before opening the bottle, please put it in the fridge for a few hours to make the condition stable.
