ARAMASA ECRU｜Akita Sakekomachi, 55%, 65%

It’s an entry model of Aramasa, so it’s filled with the attractive points of Aramasa. The aroma is just the pear itself. Usually, the Sake of Aramasa is relatively sweet, but this label is more like Umami forward Sake. The most attractive point is the beautiful dryness and clean aftertaste. It’s a perfect Sake to pair with delicately seasoned foods.
