The aroma is like a ripe plum which is gentle and comfortable. The texture of Sake is condensed and creamy due to aging for six months.
What’s the difference between the other Kimoto is its transparency. This label has a lot of Umami and roundish sourness, but the clearness and transparency do coexist.
It’s nice to appreciate with chilled but also the hot Sake is also the perfect choice.
