Their well is slightly sharrow like 10 meters. In this year, they bigged the well down to 100 meters deep and achieved much softer water. This water made the texture of Sake silky and clean. It’s a juicy and sweet type Sake, and it’s like biting a fresh peach.

On top of that, you can enjoy the gentle Umami influenced by local brewer’s rice. The slight fizziness left is very comfortable. It’s a generous Sake can pair with Japanese, western and Chinese any cuisine.
