BANSHUIKKON JUNMAIDAIGINJO KITANISHKI
Dry and rich Junmaidaiginjo, produced by the local rare brewer’s rice, KitaNishiki.
It’s produced with KitaNishiki brewer’s rice in Hyogo prefecture. This rice is grown in a limited area of Hyogo, and the quantity is very small; the characteristic is light and dry.
The aroma is moderate, and the gentle rice flavor is nice and relaxing. It is juicy and full of Umami, but it also has a fresh and lively acidity. The finish is clean and crisp.
