The fruitiness of peach and richness of custard cream coexists. It’s tough to find such a clean Kimoto entertains us with the various layers of taste. The texture is clean and pure but the rich Umami oozes out gradually.
In 2019, Senkin started to brew the Classic label with Kimoto method. The taste is creamier and richer than the modern type. The best temperature is room temperature to 40 degrees.
