By being aged for 6 months, its taste got richer and smoother. Aroma is not glamorous but it’s still very elegant sake. The water, the rice, and the yeast are all local ones produced in Tochigi.
Due to the particularity of yeast, the sourness follows the strong umami, and clear the aftertaste. Recommend to enjoy hot sake！
