Daishinshu Shuzo is located in the middle of the Japan Alps. They use underground water from the mountains, and which is very soft. Kinmonnishiki is once extinct fantom rice, and this rice creates a beautiful and elegant Umami.
When you drink this Sake, please hold it in your mouth for a while. You will be fascinated by the sophisticated aroma.
