NAC stands for Nagano Appellation Control, which is the certification for controlling the quality of local production and guaranteeing the 100% Nagano made.
It’s produced by the local-made high-quality Kinmonnishiki and the underground water.
The aroma is moderately fruity, like Japanese pear. The remarkable points are the silky smooth Umami and harmonized sourness.
Kinmonnishiki makes the layers of taste. Each one of layer is perfectly harmonized. It’s quite a high-quality Junmaidaiginjo that brings the greatness of foods to pair out.
