A rare Junmai Daiginjo made Kojo Nishiki rice polished down to 45%, produced in extremely small quantities.
It is made with rare Kojonishiki, which is only used in Denshu. A refreshing fruity scent like grapes. Fresh and delicate fruit-like sweetness and a little sourness. Like a delicately woven fabric, the beautiful taste spreads over and over.
