It has produced for the reconstruction from the Kumamoto earthquake in 2016. It uses the rice called Mori no Kuma san (a bear in the forest).
The vibrant sourness of Nama-Sake is very attractive, and the elegant Umami and sweetness coming from the slightly cloudy part create the exquisite balance of taste. The label is cute, but the finish is sharp.
