The BRILLIANCE is a Junmaidaigonjo which demonstrates elegance and sweetness typical of EIKOHFUJI and is brewed using Yamagata’s DEWASANZAN rice varietal. Its taste is soft and sweet; topped up with a gentle sharpness in texture while exhibiting a beautiful Ginjo-ka typical of higher grade saké.
