EIKOHFUJI JUNMAIDAIGINJO MUROKA NAMA GENSHU PLATINUM
This gorgeous and sweet profiled saké first appeared in 2016 and was brewed using YUKIMEGAMI rice at 33% polishing.
Characterised by its high compatibility with high-polish rate saké, the YUKIMEGAMI allows for the finest quality of Junmai Daigingo to be made from it. The PLATINUM has a delicate and clear taste; most notably displaying tasting notes of fruitiness and sweetness in an extremely attractive experience which promises to be fresh and graceful.
