It’s produced by using the local rice of Kumamoto named “BOY BEAR in FOREST”. The sales of Sake are partially donated for the restoration of Kumamoto castle damaged by the earthquake in 2016. It’s a charity edition, but the taste is very authentic. The aroma is mild and fruity, like peach and pineapple. The slightly cloudy part contains a lot of natural carbon dioxide, and the texture is fizzy. The other attractiveness is the refreshing sourness. It’s filled with Umami, but the sourness makes the crisp finish.
