It is produced by Dewanosato rice polished down to 57% developed in Yamagata Prefecture.
It is a well-balanced Sake as an in-meal Sake. It has a sweet and sour quince scent in a soft, nutty scent, and when you drink it, it has a mellow and thick taste like a ripe banana.
