A versatile Sake entertains us through any temperature from cold to hot Sake!
According to the brewer, it’s the perfect Sake that there were no drawbacks at the first tasting in the brewery. The attack is full-bodied, but an excellent sharpness doesn’t make it feel too heavy.
There is a nuance of fruits in rich Umami. It is a roundish sweetness, and sourness creates the shape of taste brilliantly.
