It’s a very rare Sake aged under the unpasteurized and slightly cloudy condition. The cloudy part melts into Sake, and it makes Sake creamy and changes Sake into medium to full-bodied.
Also, the taste is filled with thick Umami and sweetness, but the finish is elegantly dry. This Sake can pair with very spicy food. The thick layer of flavor and sweetness reduce the spiciness.
