Apple like fruity and juicy taste and refreshing Umami
It's matured in the brewery for more than six-months under the unpasteurized condition. The aroma is fruity like apples, and the texture is very clean and juicy.
The brewer's rice, Hattannishiki is good at aging, and its refreshing Umami is brought out very well. Toward to the end, the slight dryness shows up and makes food pairing very easy.
