Gineboshi is the latest brewer’s rice in the Aomori prefecture. The rice is created to brew the high-grade Junmaidaiginjo.
They’ve got great feedbacks and continued the try and error, and finally, it reached perfection.
What’s marvelous this Sake is the elegant aroma and the sharp finish like a Japanese sword. It’s fruity and juicy, but the taste is elegantly dry. The balance is amazing!!
