This brewery rice is very new rice produced in 2002 in the Aomori Agricultural Center. To make the high-grade Daiginjo, this rice has been invented. The aroma is very elegant like the Muscot.
The fruity aroma spreads more gorgeously when it goes through your nose.
The attack is very clean and smooth. The taste of this label is mainly the well-balanced sweetness and sourness. It’s very juicy and fruity. The Long-lasting sourness makes the after taste crispy.
