This is a natural sparkling sake. The strong gas is produced in the process of its natural fermentation.
Because the gas is very strong, please be aware to open in slowly. As soon as opening the bottle, the fruity aroma pops up. Fresh and juicy umami speads with the strong gassy feeling.
The taste is sweet, but the full sourness wraps the sweetness, and make the aftertaste tight and crispy. Awesome choice for aperitif!
