This is super rare sake produced with the unique method named Mochigome atugake yondanjikomi “もち米熱掛四段仕込み”. Only a few breweries can use this method.

Refreshing aroma like young melon instantly transforms to be more fruity and richer in the mouth.
Attack is very rich and mild. Heavy but elegant sweetness surges over the tongue. It’s much sweeter than normal sake, but very clear sourness makes its aftertaste crisp.
It’s impossible to enjoy this unprecedented sweetness in other sake.
