The concept of this label is terroir, brewed with the rice all from the nearby rice field. The refreshing and fruity aroma is just like a Japanese pear, and the juicy and light texture is more like a pear.
In the first half, sweetness and umami stand out; toward to the last half, the sourness and slight astringency, which have the essence of minerals, gently wrap the sweetness and umami. The aftertaste doesn’t last long and dryness is left a little. Firstly, you might think it’s light and plain sake but the smooth transition of taste will stoke you.
