Juyondai is one of Yamagata Prefecture’s most premium Sake labels. This Sake is made by polishing the in-house developed rice Tatsunootoshigo “Dragon Spawn”. The aroma is pleasantly reminiscent of melon, with a rich mouthfeel leading to a wave of sweetness.
