It’s made from Ehime Prefecture’s first brewer’s rice, “Shizuku Hime,” and self-cultivated homemade yeast.

The soft texture and the refreshing taste are very pleasant. The sourness, like the citrus fruits, perfectly matches with roundish Umami.
