It’s produced with the new local yeast of Kochi “AC-91” and local rice “Matsuyama-Mitsui“. To compare with the other Sake of Kameizumi, the body is slender, sharp and the taste is dry.

The robust Umami makes this Sake, not just light Junmaidaiginjo.
In terms of aroma, it’s gorgeous and fruity. It nicely pairs with seafood pretty well.
