It is an ultra-limited sake that is delivered only once a year, centered on the juiciness derived from the minerals of Kujukuri Beach contained in the brewed water.
It is designed to be more authentic to the flavours of Kangiku. The red chrysanthemum flower language “love” is expressed with the rich sweetness of the entwined cage.
