It’s brewed with the latest Yamahai method called “High-temperature Saccharification Yamahai“. Its rich sourness, full-bodied taste, and creamy texture are the typically great points of Yamahai Sake. It’s a fresh-brew of this year, but the quality of Umami is something like matured for a half year. It’s quite impressive!
We recommend pairing with the foods using the simple Dashi soup.
