The naming study group started by interviewing each employee of Kirakucho and having them feel it with the eyes of calligrapher Shuren.
Brewery owner asked calligrapher Shuren to think about the naming under the theme of "What is the essence of Kita Shuzo from the outside?"The words "love" and "respect" were selected from more than 30 ideas. "Sake is my child, but the process of brewing is a mystery of nature. Don't forget the awe." It was a word to do. A red "love" that feels gorgeous and soft. A black "respect" that gives you a sense of dignity. Not only the design but also the detailed specifications are carefully selected.
