Produced by the local Gohyakumangoku, medium-bodied and dry Junmaiginjo with mild aroma.
The harmony of taste and aroma brings out the profoundness. The aroma is complex, like orange zest, coconuts, almonds, and hazelnuts. The nutty and fruity aroma is blended exquisitely.
The texture of Sake is relatively thick but watery at the same time. The finish is moderately dry.
