GOKUTSUBUSHI is a will of the previous generation. In the sense that “If you make only Daiginjo without thinking about management, the Sake brewery will collapse.”
This product is a challenge to such a rule. The price is modest despite the high-spec Junmai Daiginjo, which is made by polishing Yamagata Prefecture’s original Sake rice Dewasansan to 22%.
The aroma is pleasantly fruity and gorgeous, wonderful and high-quality, with a magnificent taste that is brilliantly clear and reflects the highest peak! The Umami of rice is so beautiful but firmly transmitted without any off-taste! Spreading a soft and gentle fruit taste on the tongue, you wouldn’t want to stop drinking!
