Kujira brand is Chiyo Shuzo’s signature Sake using the Yamadanishiki, which the brewers grow by themselves.

The brewery is surrounded by the rice field and brewer’s grow the rice without using pesticides.
The water source of Chiyo Shuzo is slightly hard type, so the rice grown in this area also have strong characteristic.

The Umami of Sake is layered and powerful but elegant at the same time.
The greenish flavor makes you feel like you are standing in the middle of a rice field.
