The cloudy type is limited in this season. The live yeast and carefully filtered silky rice mash are bottled together, and it’s a very vibrant Sake.
So, please be careful to open this Sake. You will be attracted by the elegant aroma and the pleasant texture.
*1801 and Gunma local “KAZE” yeast are mixed and used for brewing this Sake.
