It's the highest grade Sake in Masukagami "F" series.
The top note is elegantly fruity akin to Japanese pear; the taste is slightly sweet, and the characteristic of Umami is soft and roundish.
It's light-bodied and dry finish, the flavor of almond leaves in your mouth.
