Characteristically dry Sake of SMV +10, produced by local Koshitanrei polished down to 50%.
When it’s said SMV +10, it sounds very dry Sake. Of course, it’s dry Sake, but it’s not just dry. The mouthfeel is super soft and gentle.
It’s a light and clean body, and the clean dryness refreshes your mouth toward the end. The aroma is also very beautiful and nicely pairs with seafood.
