The aromatic 1801 yeast is used, and to maximize its flavor, it is stored at -10 degrees.
With a mild Ginjo aroma and a surprisingly light taste, it’s aimed to create a new standard Sake that you will never get tired of drinking. It’s dry and aromatic Sake with a clear finish.
