Made with ripe banana yeast using Suisei and Nanatsuboshi, a brewer’s rice of Hokkaido.

As the name suggests, the top note is akin to a ripe banana scent, and when you put it in your mouth, the soft Umami and roundish ricy taste spread comfortably, and the aftertaste is clean and smooth, owing to the characteristic of the Suisei brewer’s rice. It’s a very rare Sake produced with the specially produced ripe banana yeast.
