As part of the large majority of Nabeshima’s saké which are produced from mineralised water, the resulting saké becomes highly refreshing with a mineral fragrance. This gives it a clear and light umami with a refreshing acidity that spreads gently throughout your mouth. The attack is sharp, and is easily drinkable even after several glasses.
