It was produced with a changing yeast from the regular lineup. The aroma is moderately fruity and refreshing, the light Umami of rice spreads softly in the mouth, and it fades out beautifully.
It's more focusing on pairing with foods. This Sake brings the good characteristic of ingredients out. Especially, it pairs nicely with pork and clams.
