It’s brewed with the local brewer’s rice, Suisei, grown in Niseko. And, Niseko Shuzo brews Sake with using the underground water flowing down from Niseko Wise Mountain.
It’s Junmaiginjo, but the polish rate is 50%, and the latest yeast No.1901 is used to create the beautifully fruity aroma like melons and bananas. The taste is refreshingly sour like citrus fruits. The gentle sweetness is fading crisply.
It’s fantastic to pair with white meat fish!
