It’s produced with “Myori 310” yeast that produces excellent aroma. You can enjoy the crystal-clear texture like the melted snow.

It goes well with spring wild vegetables, bland fish such as mackerel and spring bonito. 100% Gohyakumangoku brewer’s rice from the local “Hyotan Farm” is used.
