This Junmai Daiginjo is a genshu made from polishing high quality Yamadanishiki rice to 45% and carefully extracting each drop of saké to produce a final product which displays an aroma of Ginjo-ka with a gentle taste texture and soothing depth to it. Flavour-wise, its akin to chewing on fresh fruits!
